Conference Housing Options for Summer

Northwest's Residential Life department offers a variety of housing opportunities. Whether your preference is for our high rises, suites, or apartments, our buildings are ready to meet your needs. All of our buildings include the following:

• Air-conditioning
• 24-hour on-call/emergency staff
• Lounges on each floor
• Vending Machines
• Laundry Facilities

High Rises

• Dieterich & Millikan Halls
• All two bed rooms
• Double occupancy: $16.00 per person/night
• Single occupancy: $20.00 per person/night
• Groups of 75 or more only.

Suites

• Tower Suites, South Complex, Franken and Roberta Halls
• Two person (one bedroom suites) and four person (two bedroom suites) available
• In-room and pod-style bathrooms (shared by a maximum of 5-6 rooms) depending on location.
• Double occupancy: $19.00 per person/night
• Single occupancy: $25.00 per person/night

Apartments

• Forest Village Apartments
• Two and four-person apartments.  Single bedrooms for each guest within the apartment.  Kitchen, laundry facilities, and bathrooms are located within the apartment.
• Occupant rate: $30 per person/night
