I am enjoying being retired from the US Army and beginning the second phase of my adult life. I am married to Sandra Beadle, who I met while serving as a senior diplomatic advisor to the Ministry of the Saudi Arabian National Guard and the Saudi Royal Family. I enjoy traveling and have seen most of the world. I enjoy reading and photography. I have published many articles and three books of poetry. My goal at this point in life is mentorship and community service.
"I love and enjoy what Northwest Missouri has become. When I was a student, the university was not welcoming to minority students, and the same can be said about the town of Maryville. Over the years Northwest Missouri State University has opened its doors and became a community of communities; this includes the interaction between the university and the city of Maryville. Over the last twenty years or so, I feel a part of the school family because of how I have been welcomed since new leadership strategies have been developed and made actionable."
